One day immersion into the suite of tools to give you your life back

Open Workshops

These programs are run regularly every 2-3 months at the Watsons Bay Hotel. Participants range from individuals who have missed their corporate training day (illness, travel) and need to catch up as part of an 8 week program, or they are consultants, coaches or parents wanting to expand their professional or personal expertise and repertoire. On completion of the day, participants will have a highly effective set of tools and techniques that can easily be integrated into their daily routines and if past programs are anything to go by, they will have met an exceptional bunch of people with whom they stay in touch.

This is your opportunity to attend our Mind Training program as an individual, rather than as part of a team or company. You will learn the mind tools that helped the Rabbitohs win the 2014 NRL premiership, moved St Kilda from last to equal 8th in 2 years, and helped a division of Nestle to win best performing market in revenue, profit and share growth across the company worldwide.
